Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Junior Analyst based in Europe (from a remote workplace) to support the management of our BD division and assist the team in its journey to develop our operations, tools and overall structure.

We are in the stage of establishing our presence as a DLT provider with actors within a variety of industries. Partners include businesses, authorities and development agencies. As a technology, DLT inherently creates ecosystems of partners that can benefit from sharing immutable and trusted data. We want to take an inclusive approach and bring all actors into the process of applying the technology and establish common learning and experience as the application of the technology matures. Thus, we need you to support this work with strong project management, partnership, and business development skills. 

The role will report to our Director of Business Development and is based in Europe from a remote workplace. If the workplace is outside Germany, the employee is expected to invoice IF for the services on a monthly base via own entity. 

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Business Development team on a variety of topics, including:

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Market Analysis and Business Intelligence (BI)

  • Conduct market research and analysis, including inputting into quarterly market plans and preparing presentations for use in externally facing meetings

Salesforce CRM and Market & Sales reporting

  • Own CRM (Salesforce) updates, reports and dashboards

  • Assist the team with simple maintenance tasks, including keeping the database up to date, which will help you learn how the tools work

  • Consolidate reporting and producing status reports using CRM extract and direct inputs from team members

  • Propose new functions to the backend structure of the CRM tool that could help the daily work of the Market Adoption team 

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Sales, marketing & engagement

  • Support the execution of Sales, strategic projects, and operational activities during positioning, pre-sales and sales phases, including tender/grant screening

  • Review, answer or redirect emails and Zendesk requests related to the screening and pre-qualifications of leads and opportunities

  • Your day-to-day activity will imply preparing presentations and reporting for top management and board members, long-range planning, validating business cases, and other strategy and data related projects.

  • Develop and manage marketing content (eg, brochures, reference databases), inputting into BD communications activities (website updates, etc)

  • Support engagement with Enterprise community with planning and onsite support to Corporate meetups and other outreach activities 

Job Qualifications

We’re looking for a self-starter, and detail-oriented, multi-tasker to join our team:

  • 2-3+ year experience in consulting or project management with knowledge of IoT and/or DLT

  • Masters Thesis, in Distributed Ledger Tech / Blockchain or Industry 4.0-related themes a plus

  • The ability to abstract information into presentations

  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM management

  • Fluent in English

  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite

This role is full-time and based in Europe (remote) and is paid commensurate with experience.
